One of the projects I've been passionate about working on in my downtime is building an app and brand for a startup I joined at the beginning of the summer, founded by a rising Duke senior, Vincent Liu. I began with doing a lot of user interface design on Figma, producing wireframes and incorporating user research along the way as well, including conducting surveys and one-on-one user interviews. As my involvement in Tea Bud deepened, I also began taking on more of a product manager partnership role with Vincent, vocalizing my overall ideas and goals more.

Though we finished and rolled out an MVP of the app to beta testers, we are currently working on redesigning the interface and user flow based on user feedback and reprioritization.
